We have a wonderful school community. Our caring staff members work hard to help all students learn and want what is best for them. We take pride in holding our students to high academic and behavior standards so that they can reach their utmost potential. We strive to develop learners who are confident, responsible, reflective, innovative, and engaged.

I sincerely care about all our children and their families. Ensuring a safe, engaged positive learning environment is a top priority for me. Hello and welcome to Plantation Oaks Elementary (POE). This is my 18th year in Clay County Schools. I am very excited to be part of the leadership team of this tremendous school with such a dynamic staff, stellar students, and supportive parents and community members.

Plantation Oaks Elementary is part of the Clay county school district, a Pre-K to 12th grade district in proximity to Jacksonville, Fl. Our student body of 1000 students are challenged and rewarded every day in this rich learning environment. In addition to the core subject areas of reading, writing, math, science, and social studies, students have the opportunity to gain experience in art and computer skills.
